REGULATIONS

These rules aim to ensure the safety, comfort and smooth running of the stay for everyone.

Arrival times

and departure

  • Arrival: 3:00 p.m. or after. This allows our cleaning team to prepare the chalet.

 

  • Departure: 11:00 a.m. or before. Please respect this time to facilitate preparation for the next vacationers.

At Leonard's arrival and departure times

Maximum capacity

  • The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Any additional person will need to be approved in advance.

This ensures that everyone can comfortably enjoy the facilities while respecting fire safety standards.

Animals

  • Pets are not allowed unless special permission has been granted in advance.

Pets can damage furniture, leave lingering hair or odors. Additionally, some guests may have allergies.

Non-smoker

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

This rule helps to keep the interior clean, to avoid unpleasant odors, out of respect for future tenants and to prevent fire risks.

Respect for the environment

  • Please sort your waste and follow local recycling guidelines.

  • Turn off the lights when you leave the house.

As a responsible owner, we encourage the preservation of the environment.

Property liability

  • You are responsible for all property and equipment in the house during your stay. In case of damage or loss, please notify us immediately.

  • An inventory of equipment is available upon your arrival.

This helps maintain the quality of our facilities and helps us quickly repair or replace any damaged items.

Use of equipment

  • Please use equipment and appliances (kitchen, heating, hot water, septic tank, etc.) with care and in accordance with the instructions provided.

  • If you have any questions about how a device works, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Behavior and respect for neighbors

  • Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and avoid excessive noise, particularly after 10 p.m.

  • Parties, events or group gatherings are PROHIBITED without prior agreement.

  • Respect for neighbors and the surrounding nature is essential.

At Leonard fire safety

Safety and fire

  • Never leave cooking appliances unattended.

  • Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits).

  • It is important to carefully read the instructions for using the indoor fireplace. Improper use of it can result in excessive smoke in the home and additional cleaning costs.

At Leonard cancellations and modifications

Cancellations and modifications

  • In the event of cancellation by the tenant, you will be refunded 50% of the total price paid, and we will retain 50% of the total price paid.

  • If your cancellation is made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the total amount paid will be retained by the owner and is therefore non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation by the owner, the total amount paid will be fully refunded to the tenant, but no further compensation will be payable.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover these types of expenses, losses, or property damage.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Our terms are designed to be fair to all parties.

  • Your rental agreement includes post-stay cleaning service, but does not cover unusually high cleaning costs.

 

  • When you leave, please leave the house in a suitable condition (put away personal items, put furniture back, clean up what you used in the kitchen, empty the refrigerator, empty the dishwasher, put away the dishes, bring back your food).
